Introduction: Ilitha Telecommunications is a provider of broadband services to Townships, peri-urban and rural communities. We provide superfast broadband services using an array of technology including optic fibre and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) technologies. We provide broadband services on a truly prepaid basis.
About The RFP
As part of its order fulfilment programme, Ilitha seeks to appoint experienced Fixed Wireless Access network installation companies to assist with customer order fulfilment. Appointed companies will be issued with installation equipment based on the customer orders allocated to them. The companies will bill Ilitha Telecommunications based on the number of customer orders successfully fulfilled and quality assured.
There are two categories of fulfilment partners that Ilitha seeks to appoint, and these are:
- Ilitha Approved Fulfilment Partner (IAFP): this is the category of partners that will allocate orders to fulfil, and they will only focus on customer order fulfilment and install the equipment.
- Ilitha Value Added Fulfillment Partner (IVAFP): This is the category in which the fulfilment partner is authorized and accredited to sell Ilitha’s services. The fulfilment partners in this category will receive a sales code to use to generate leads and close the sale. Once the installation fee has been paid by the customer, an order fulfillment request will be generated to the fulfilment partner requesting them to install the equipment in customer’s premises. The partners under this category will be paid a once-off sales fee that will be determined by the Chief Operating Officer. This is in addition to being paid for installing equipment in customer premises.
There are two mediums under which partners can focus their expertise.
- either fixed wireless installer
- fibre drop installer.
This document is for fixed wireless installers.
