1. All standard Terms and Conditions of Ilitha Telecommunications Proprietary Limited (“Ilitha”) apply.
2. All prices advertised are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3. The Ilitha products are available to all Ilitha prepaid customers with access to Ilitha fibre and an Ilitha modem that has been connected in their homes.
4. The Ilitha products will be available on a once-off basis.
5. The following products are available on the terms and conditions set out below:

6. The Ilitha products may be purchased via the following channels:
a. Ilitha sales agents; and
b. Authorised retailers
7. Once-off 30-day products are valid for 30 days from time of activation and will expire on the 30th day at 23h59:59.
1. Data may not and cannot be transferred from one user to another or converted into Rand value.
2. Upon expiry of the relevant validity period, there shall be no carry-over of Data.
3. The Ilitha products currently is an unlimited internet service with no fair usage policy (FUP), or throttling of traffic applied; however an acceptable use policy (“AUP”) as set out below will apply in order to regulate the abuse of Ilitha fibre.
4. Ilitha reserves the right, at any time, to implement a Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) on notice to you.
5. Ilitha may amend its pricing from time to time, on reasonable notice to you.
6. It is important that you understand that all customers who make use of Ilitha fibre do so at their own risk and indemnify Ilitha, its directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors and sponsors against any loss and/or damages, either direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise (including loss of income or profits), arising from their use of Ilitha fibre.
7. Ilitha reserves the right to suspend its service if any illegal and/or abusive and/or fraudulent activity, including the sending of spam emails, is suspected and if the outcome of an investigation proves that such illegal and/or abusive and/or fraudulent activity did occur, Ilitha will be entitled to terminate the Ilitha fibre with immediate effect.
8. Ilitha may amend, modify or otherwise change these terms and conditions in its sole and absolute discretion on notice to you and the amended version will be displayed in the same media as these terms and conditions. You will not have a claim against Ilitha in this event. By continuing to use the Ilitha products, you agree and understand that you will be bound by the amended terms and conditions.
1. To help ensure that all users have fair and equal use of the service and to protect theintegrity of the network, Ilitha reserves the right, and will take necessary steps, to prevent improper or excessive usage thereof. The action that Ilitha may take includes, but is not limited to:
1.1. Limiting throughput
1.2. Preventing or limiting service through specific ports or communication protocols; and/or
1.3. Complete termination of service to users who grossly abuse the network through improper or excessive usage.
2. This policy applies to and will be enforced for intended and unintended (e.g., viruses, worms, malicious code, or otherwise unknown causes) prohibited usage.
3. Online activity will be subject to the available bandwidth, data storage and other limitations of the service provided, which Ilitha may, from time to time, revise at its own discretion and without prior notice to the customer.
